I realised too late when I placed an order for stickers that my old address was on file. I immediately sent an email to advise of the mistake and give my new address. I then received an email from mail delivery service to say that the email I replied to could not be delivered. I then tried another email address to carstickers to inform them to deliver to my new address. I didn't receive any confirmation of my email and consequently I am still waiting for my stickers.
I am not happy with this lack of communication.
Hi Kim,
Please send the correct address to 0434070625 so I can resend your order to the correct address, I apologise for the lack of communication but was unaware of any situation, Just to clarify I did not receive any emails from you, as stated on our site we ask that customers contact us via the above phone number as a lot of emails are bouncing and we do not know why so I genuinely apologise for that- I'm not too sure what other email you tried as we only have 1 email address. I am recutting your decals today so If you could text me the address I can get them straight out for you.
