1. What does “1-line decal” mean?

A 1-line decal is one continuous horizontal line of text, up to the maximum width stated for that product.
If your design requires text on multiple rows (for example: a name on top and a number underneath), this becomes a multi-line design, which is priced differently.

2. Why are your 300mm - 800mm Create-Your-Own decals limited to 1 line?

Our 1-line decals are designed to be affordable, simple, and quick to produce.
Multi-line designs require:

• Additional vinyl
• More weeding and production time
• Extra layout and design work

Because of this, multi-line designs cannot be offered at the single-line price.

3. Can I order multiple lines of text?

Yes — but not through the 1-line product listings. We do have a 2-Line custom Business decal that allows for 2 lines.
If you need more than one line, we can create a custom multi-line decal with the correct pricing.
Simply contact us with your wording and layout requirements and we’ll provide a quote.

4. What counts as a “line”?

A line is any horizontal row of text.

Examples:

• “Baby on Board” on one row = 1 line
• “Baby” on top + “On Board” underneath = 2 lines
• A name + a number underneath = 2 lines
• Three stacked rows = 3 lines

If your design requires stacking or arranging text on separate rows, it is multi-line.

5. Can you center the text, change fonts, or format it a certain way?

Yes — within the 1-line format.
If your formatting requires stacking, multiple rows, or complex layout, it becomes a multi-line custom order.

6. Do you offer previews or mock-ups?

Previews are not included with 1-line Create-Your-Own decals.
Mock-ups are available only for custom listings (multi-line or more complex designs) and are provided after purchase.
This ensures fair pricing for design time and prevents ongoing edit requests.
We do however ensure that whatever you put into the text box will be what you receive so if you enter the correct spelling and font choice you will receive you dream decal!

7. What’s included in the price of a 1-line decal?

• One line of text
• Your chosen font
• Your chosen colour
• Up to the maximum width stated
• Transfer tape applied and ready to install

8. What isn’t included in the 1-line price?

• Multi-line layouts
• Stacked or centered multi-row text
• Names with numbers underneath
• Logos, graphics, or symbols
• Revisions or multiple preview rounds
  
• Complex formatting instructions

These require a custom listing.

9. How do I order a multi-line custom decal?

We do offer multiple line customs such as our 2 line business custom decal but otherwise you can use the contact form on our website and include:

• The exact wording
• Number of lines
• Preferred font (optional)
• Preferred size

We’ll send you a quote and a custom product link.

10. Why can’t multi-line designs be the same price as 1-line decals?

Each line is essentially a separate decal.
Multi-line designs use more vinyl, take longer to weed, and require additional design setup.
To keep pricing fair and sustainable, each line is priced accordingly.

11. What if I ordered a 1-line decal but actually need multiple lines?

No problem — just contact us.
We can adjust your order, Refund or create a custom listing with the correct pricing.

12. What happens if I place an order with instructions to create a decal outside of the decal limitations?

We will refund your order. If you have ordered multiple items, we will refund the item in question only and process the remainder of your order.
